Wir hatten das Ferienhaus wegen der schönen Aussicht und des Etagenbetts gebucht. Bei unserer Ankunft wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass wir aufgrund von Arbeiten an einem Gasleck, die sich unerwartet verzögert hatten, ein anderes Ferienhaus bekommen würden. Dieses hatte jedoch weder eine schöne Aussicht noch ein Etagenbett und nur zwei bezogene Betten statt vier. Jemand brachte uns später am Abend zusätzliche Bettwäsche.
Nach einer Nacht konnten wir schlieÃ_x009f_lich in das gebuchte Ferienhaus mit Garten einziehen. WLAN und Fernseher funktionierten jedoch nicht. Auf unsere Nachfrage hin wurde das Problem überprüft, aber wir erhielten die Nachricht, dass es zu diesem Zeitpunkt nicht behoben werden könne. Später in der Woche stellten wir zufällig fest, dass es doch funktionierte. Es wäre schön gewesen, wenn wir sofort nach der Reparatur informiert worden wären, damit wir es gleich hätten nutzen können.
Kurz gesagt: Der ganze Ã_x0084_rger rund um das Ferienhaus trübte die Urlaubsstimmung, die Kommunikation war unangenehm und es wurde keine Entschädigung angeboten. Schade.
