Die Gastgeberin war sehr unfreundlich. Zuerst tat sie so, als wüsste sie nicht, dass wir gebucht hatten. Dann wollte sie uns nicht aufnehmen, weil wir aus mehreren Haushalten stammten und das nach den Covid-Regeln nicht erlaubt war. Erst als wir Belvilla kontaktierten, um die Buchung zu stornieren, und Belvilla die Gastgeberin anrief, durften wir eintreten. Dann beschwerte sie sich, dass sie das alles für zu viel Aufwand halte und lieber einen Kaffee in der Sonne getrunken hätte. So etwas habe ich noch nie erlebt.

Danach weigerte sie sich, uns aufzunehmen, da wir aus mehreren Haushalten stammten und die Covid-Regeln dies nicht zuließen.
