Der Geschirrspüler ist kaputt, aber es gibt keine Alternative (weder Abschalten noch Spüle). Wir mussten die Spüle reinigen; sie war komplett verstopft. Der Fernseher funktionierte nicht; nach langem Suchen fanden wir einen losen Stecker hinter einem Sofa. Es riecht in der Waschküche/im Haus nach Rauch. Diverse Küchenschränke schlieÃ_x009f_en nicht richtig, und diverse andere Gegenstände sind abgenutzt (fehlende Haken usw.). Ein GroÃ_x009f_teil des Geschirrs war schmutzig. Die Dusche im Erdgeschoss wird nicht warm. Die versprochenen Geschirrtücher fehlen. Ã_x009c_berall Spinnweben (es wurde also schlecht geputzt).

Zu verbessern:
- Ausbaustandard teilweise kleine Defekte (Abfalltüre, Messer etc.)
- Kommunikation (keine Willkommensmail Zugangscode muss telefonisch angefragt werden. Zahlung der Endreinigung etc. wird per SMS angefordert. Ã_x0084_nderung der Personenzahl wurde anscheinend nicht mehr kommuniziert -> fehlende Bettwäsche)
- Kamin kann nicht genutzt werden
Allgemein eine schöne Hütte für Skiferien. Ausbaustandard und Preis passen langsam nicht mehr zusammen, da auch gewisse dinge langsam kaputt gehen.
Kommunikation zwischen Vermietung, Verwaltung vor Ort und Mieter muss verbessert werden.
