Those seeking peace and relaxation who appreciate the North Sea climate will find it here to be just right - in every season. Texel boasts the most sunshine hours, and rain never lingers for long.
Getting there
From Germany, take various motorways to Den Helder. From there, a ferry to Texel departs hourly, and during peak times, every half hour. From the ferry terminal, it's another 20 km to De Cocksdorp. Our holiday home is located in the heart of the "De Krim" resort. Information about ferry schedules and prices can be found at teso.nl

Familie Gerke vermietet im Ferienpark de Krim auf Texel ein schönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage für insgesamt 4 Personen. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, in einem sehr guten Zustand und ausgesprochen sauber. Sowohl der Schlaf- als auch Wohnbereich ist großzügig dimensioniert und auch die Küche bietet alles, was für den Selbstversorger relevant ist.
Zum Ferienhaus gehört ein Strandhäuschen am Paal 27, welches wir gerne genutzt haben.
Alles in allem eine sehr schöne Unterkunft, in der es an nichts mangelt. Wir waren im August 2026 zur Sommerzeit vor Ort (2 Erwachsene und zwei Kinder) und allen hat es sehr gut gefallen. Die Korrespondenz bzw. Betreuung durch Familie Gerke ist hervorzuheben, da stets äußerst freundlich, kompetent und auch zeitlich kommuniziert wird.

Ein kleines Ferienparadies auf Texel
Der nicht einsehbare Garten ist eine wahre Ruheoase, die Gartenmöbel sind sehr bequem und man findet immer einen passenden Platz, ob sonnig zum Frühstück oder schattig zum Sundowner.
Vom Haus haben wir nur die untere Etage genutzt, weil wir zu zweit Urlaub gemacht haben. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, das Bett ist sehr bequem und die Küche mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Es gibt ausreichend Geschirr und Gläser. Das Bad ist sehr schön, ganz neu und modern.
Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gepflegt, ebenso wie die gesamte Ferienanlage.
Der Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber ist ausgesprochen angenehm und unkompliziert.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen nächstes Jahr gerne wieder.
