Cancellation and Early Termination of Stay (1) If the tenant cancels (terminates) the contract before the start of the rental period without providing a replacement tenant who enters into the contract under the same conditions, the tenant shall be obliged to pay compensation, taking into account any expenses saved, in the following amounts: Cancellation: up to 60 days before the start of the rental period: Cancellation is possible. Only the administrative fee will be charged in accordance with the general terms and conditions and policies of TA Eurotours Makarska. up to 42 days before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price up to 30 days before the start of the rental period: 70% of the rental price up to 0 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price otherwise (later than 28 days before the start of the rental period): 100% of the rental price no-show or early termination of stay: 100% of the total travel amount (2) The tenant may at any time provide proof that a lesser loss has been incurred. (3) If the tenant terminates the stay early, they remain obliged to pay the full rental amount. (4) A cancellation or termination must be made in writing. The date of receipt of the notice by the landlord shall be decisive.

Near the house there are several restaurants. Tučepi is a popular tourist destination, not far from the famous Makarska. It is known for the longest and most beautiful beach on the Makarska Riviera (longer than 4 km), along which runs a beautiful promenade in the shade of tamarisk and pine trees. This is an ideal destination for families with children who are free to indulge in sea life, as well as for the younger population, who can enjoy first-class nightlife in neighboring Makarska.

We had a lovely stay, the cottage is situaded beautifully secluded in the mountains and it was such a calm and relaxing environment. Our host was so welcoming and attantive and quick to reply to our questions. There is a supermarket 5 min drive away and scenic hiking routes nearby as well as restaurants within walking distamce with a beautiful view. Would gladly recommended for anyone wanting a relaxing holiday away from the crowd.
