50% of the total price if cancellation occurs from the 41st day up to the 28th day before the start of the rental period
75% of the total price if cancellation occurs from the 27th day before the start of the rental period up to one day before the start of the rental period
100% of the total price if cancellation occurs on the day of arrival or later, or in case of no-show

Holiday destination
Just 250 meters across the dunes and you'll find yourself on the North Sea beach. There's a year-round open restaurant on the beach where you can enjoy a cozy meal and drink. This is the perfect spot to watch and savor the beautiful sunset. The child-friendly holiday park also boasts a large playground, mini-golf, tennis courts, trampolines, a petting zoo, and a lake with a play island. The golf course and the (subtropical) indoor swimming pool are within walking distance. Julianadorp is about 2.5 kilometers away, offering a shopping center and several restaurants. The ferry terminal to Texel is just a 15-minute drive away.
Getting there
You can reach us by car (Amsterdam-A9 Alkmaar-N9 Den Helder) or by train to Den Helder station (about 8km away).
For a long journey, you can also land at Amsterdam Airport (Schiphol), which is about 80km away.

Schöne große helle Ferienwohnung, alles vorhanden was man so im Urlaub braucht, perfekte Lage, gleich hinter den Dünen, somit kurzer Weg zum Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten mit dem Fahrrad oder Auto schnell zu erreichen. Ausreichend Parkplätze und Fahrrad Abstellmöglichkeiten vorhanden. Wir würden die Wohnung beim nächsten Mal wieder buchen. Ein etwas größerer Sonnenschirm wäre schön.

Sehr schöne, große und helle Ferienwohnung. Alles vorhanden was man so im Urlaub braucht.
Parkplätze und Fahrrad Abstellplätze auch ausreichend vorhanden. Perfekte Lage gleich hinter den Dünen, somit kurzer Weg zum tollen langen Sandstrand. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants mit dem Fahrrad oder Auto schnell zu erreichen. Vielleicht wäre ein etwas größerer Sonnenschirm für den schönen Balkon gut. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.
