59 - 30 days: 50%

Holiday destination
Our house is located near the centre of Conil, in a quiet small residential street. The centre with many bars and restaurants, as well as a number of small shops offering the daily necessities can be reached after a short walk. But maybe even more important: after a 6, 8 min. walk you reach the marvelous sandy beach!

Wir haben die Zeit in dem sehr schön und liebevoll eingerichteten Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Sehr gute Ausstattung, nur wenige Minuten zum Strand, die Altstadt nebenan, aber trotzdem eine ruhige, entspannte Lage. Und natürlich ist der zur Wohnung gehörende Parkplatz bei der Parkplatzsituation in Conil ein großes Plus. Für einen schönen erholsamen Urlaub an der Costa de la Luz sehr zu empfehlen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ist schnell und gut, mit vielen hilfreichen Tipps und Informationen.

Viel besser kann man es wohl kaum treffen: Ein gemütliches, geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Reihenhaus, wenige Gehminuten vom Strand und um die Ecke die Altstadt von Conil mit ihren Bars und Restaurants. Und das allerbeste: trotzdem sehr ruhig gelegen, eine traumhafte Dachterrasse zum Sonnenbaden und relaxen. Der nächste kleine Supermarkt, der auch sonntagsvormittags geöffnet hat, ist direkt um die Ecke. Das Auto kann man die meiste Zeit auf dem Parkplatz stehen lassen, der zum Haus gehört, sehr komfortabel! Bei der Ausstattung wurde an alles gedacht, wir haben nichts vermisst. Die Vermieter sind super freundlich und sehr serviceorientiert. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder! 100 Prozent Weiterempfehlung!
