Cancellation policy
In case the tenant requests a cancellation of his booking, and we cannot rent out the house to new guests, the following cost-scheme for the original guest applies:
60 days prior to first holiday: 20% of the rental price
59 - 30 days: 50%
29 - 10 days: 80% and
beyond: 90%

Holiday destination
The Urbanisación Roche is located in a stretched pine wood between Conil and Novo Sancti Petri. The plots are built with individual houses or villas.
Cala Encendida, our "private" beach, is just located approx some 170 yds from our house.
At east you find Calas de Roche , in the west the stretched sandy beach heading to Novo Sancti Petri.
Three restaurants can be reached by walking, same as the small supermarket, a pharmacy and bookstore.

Host informationSince our first visit to Conil in 1995 we fell in love with this wonderful coast. Soon we decided to build our own house here, and since then we are coming more frequently to Conil, and are very much looking forward to our next stay!

What a wonderful week! The house is perfectly located, just a short walk from two beautiful and peaceful beaches and very nice walking paths along the coves.
The house itself is very well equipped, and the furniture is in excellent condition. The only small improvement would be that the bed linen and towels could be a bit newer.
The swimming pool is actually larger than it appears in the photos and was always very clean. The garden is also beautifully maintained.
Carsten was always very responsive , professional and helpful at every single time.
Overall, we had a fantastic week. By the way, there are a couple of restaurants nearby that are definitely worth a visit: Mar y Monte (jardin area) and Timón (especially for the sunsets). We loved it! Thank you Carsten for everything!

Wir reisten als Familie mit drei Paaren und fühlten uns von Anfang an sehr wohl. Das umzäunte und sehr gepflegte Grundstück verströmt Heimeligkeit und Geborgenheit. Das Haus ist sehr persönlich und einladend eingerichtet, wir waren bereits mehrfach in Conil und können diese Unterkunft absolut empfehlen, die Ausstattung, des Hauses, die Lage, die Sauberkeit, die Größe des Pools und die Pflege der Außenanlage, nichts ließ zu wünschen übrig. Wenn wir nach dem Urlaub nach Hause kommen, überkommt uns sehr gerne das Gefühl, dass es zu Hause doch am schönsten ist, wenn man dieses Gefühl bereits im Urlaub beim Öffnen des Gartentores haben möchte, dann ist dieses Ferienhaus die perfekte Wahl.
