Holiday destination
The small community of Altefähr lies on the island of Rügen. Holidays here are perfect for you to recover from the stresses of everyday life and go for long walks on the Baltic. Excursions to the chalk cliffs, Cape Arkona, the island of Hiddensee or maybe Störtebecker festival plays and of course Stralsund with its Oceanium, the HanseDom thermal and waterpark, the "Gorch Fock" sail training ship, harbour installations, old town and lots more are also possible. You can reach all the attractions in a short time by bicycle, car or ferry. The new south-facing beach is inviting for a swim in fine weather.
Getting there
You can get here by car, by train or by bus. If you are coming by car, please come via "Bergener Strasse". Otherwise you will hit the rough cobbled surface of Bahnhofstrasse. We have to parking spots. One of them is right in front of the building.
