The holiday home Duinweelde 4 is located on the North Sea island of Ameland and can be easily reached in 45 minutes by ferry from Holwerd. The island is characterized by its magnificent nature with forests, dunes, heathland, nature and recreation areas, and of course, the Wadden Sea and the beautiful 26-kilometer-long sandy beach and the North Sea. In addition, there are four villages with shops and restaurants on the island and about 100 kilometers of cycling paths through nature.

Das Haus am Rand von Buren steht in einer sehr guten Lage. Es ist gut eingerichtet, die Betten sind auch gut und wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Der schöne Dünengarten grenzt direkt an ein Natur-/Weidegebiet. Man hat morgens mehrere unterschiedlich lange Möglichkeiten mit den Hunden eine Runde zu laufen. Und die Vermieter sind sehr nett. Mit dem Rad ist man schnell in Nes oder am Strand. Auch das Naturschutzgebiet Oerd erreicht man gemütlich über die gut ausgebauten Radwege. Selbst Ballum und Hollum sind mit dem Rad gut zu erreichen, da das Haus wirklich zentral auf der Insel liegt. Wir werden wiederkommen!
