The tenant can withdraw from the rental agreement in writing. If the tenant withdraws from the rental agreement without naming a substitute tenant, the following proportional rents are to be paid as compensation, taking into account the saved expenses, provided that re-letting is not possible.

The beautiful fishing village of Breskens with all shopping facilities is approximately 2km away. Oostburg (10km), Sluis (20km), and Bruges (35km) can be quickly reached by car. The ferry, which takes you to Vlissingen in about 20 minutes, is about 1.5km away.
Here, even in bad weather, you will find countless leisure activities. In good weather, you are quickly at one of the most beautiful beaches of the North Sea.

Das nette Haus liegt in einem Ferienpark und bietet genug Platz bis zu 5 Personen über zwei Etagen und ist mit allem ausgestattet was das Herz begehrt. u.a.sogar Sandkasten für die kleinen , Sauna für die großen, 2 TV, WLAN, großer Garten mit zwei Terrassen, tolle neue Küche usw. Stellplatz ist direkt vorm Haus.
Strand fussläufig, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Geschäfte, Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Im Park selbst sind zahlreiche Spielplätze, snackbar, Bowling, kleiner Supermarkt usw.
Besonders hervorzuheben sind hier aber die freundlichen, hilfsbereiten und jederzeit erreichbaren Vermieter.

Das Haus ist toll. Wir waren mit zwei erwachsenen und einem Kind dort.
Frühstück auf der Terrasse und wenn das Wetter mal nicht mitspielt geht es ab in die eigene Sauna. Das Meer mit Traumstrand und zwei guten Lokalen ist Fußläufig auch für Kinder kein Thema. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet und wenn man mal nicht kochen mo, kann man auch gut bei der Gastronomie im Park essen gehen oder an die Pommesbude mit herzlichen Holländischen Speisen.
Haus , Park, Strand ist alles absolut empfehlenswert. Wir haben direkt wieder gebucht!
