The tenant can withdraw from the rental agreement in writing. If the tenant withdraws from the rental agreement without naming a substitute tenant, the following proportional rents are to be paid as compensation, taking into account the saved expenses, provided that re-letting is not possible.

Erholung ab Stunde 1 gewährleistet! Der Bungalow ist liebevoll eingerichtet, das Wohnzimmer lädt zur Erholung ein. Ebenso ist die neue Küche sehr schön und das Esszimmer hat genügend Platz für 6 Personen gemütlich zusammen sitzen zu lassen. Die Nähe zum Strand spricht für sich.
Sämtliche Kontakte zum Vermieter verlaufen sehr rasch, unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Jederzeit wieder!

Auch beim dritten Mal war wieder alles perfekt. Wir kamen in ein neu renoviertes Haus mit neuer Küche und Esszimmer.
Wir können das Haus mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.Vermieter sehr freundlich und immer erreichbar.Kommen auch ein viertes Mal wieder.
