Cancellation policy
If the tenant must cancel their booking, a cancellation of the contract is only possible in writing. The landlord will endeavor to find a suitable replacement tenant only upon written request of the tenant. If the tenant provides a suitable replacement tenant themselves, a transfer of the booking and the issuance of a new rental agreement is required, which can only be carried out by the landlord.
If no suitable replacement tenant is found for the canceled period, the rent must be paid by the tenant, or a refund by the landlord for an already made final payment is to be made as follows: Claim for compensation by the landlord in the event of a cancellation
– Cancellation up to 60 days before arrival: 50% of the rental price
– Cancellation up to 30 days before arrival: 100% of the rental price
A withdrawal from the rental contract is only valid with a written statement! The receipt of the written cancellation by the landlord is decisive.

Holiday destination
Our holiday home is located in the Brouwersmeer/Port Greve park. The park features a swimming pool, restaurant, supermarket, arcade, bicycle and go-kart rental, children's playground, and a mini-golf course. The town of Brouwershaven/Den Osse is situated by the Grevelingenmeer, which is excellent for diving and snorkeling. The North Sea, with its 20 km long and very wide sandy beach, is perfect for swimming and sunbathing. It is located approximately 7.5 km away. Behind the dunes, you can enjoy fantastic bicycle tours and long walks. Zeeland boasts large forest and dune areas along lakes and moors, past windmills and lighthouses. The romantically quaint town of Brouwershaven is just a few minutes away from our holiday home.
Schouven-Duiveland is the sunniest island in the Netherlands and offers an extensive network of hiking and cycling trails. The town of Renesse, with many small shops, bars, restaurants, and nightclubs, is about 11 km away. The city of Zierikzee, with many attractions, shopping opportunities, and maritime operations, is located approximately 18 km away. We recommend a trip to the storm surge barrier 'Delta Expo'. It is located on the Oosterschelde.

Host informationWe have been going to Zeeland/Den Osse for more than 15 years because the beautiful beaches, the picturesque small towns, and nature continue to fascinate us. We personally loved the beautiful location of this house with a view of the large pond from the very first day. The house has been lovingly furnished by us.

Wunderschönes Haus, in einer tollen Gegend. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht.
Der Garten und die Terrasse sind sehr schön zum verweilen . Unsere Fellnasen haben sich auch sehr wohl gefühlt.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit toller, geschmackvoller Einrichtung, die keine Wünsche offen ließ. Alles da, was man brauch. Hochwertige Ausstattung und bequeme grosse Couch sowie grosses Doppelbett mit hochwertigen Matratzen. Der eingezäunte Garten mit Blick auf den Teich wunderbar.
