Cancellation of travel is possible at any time. However, a booking cancellation can only be made in writing. The booking fee and the following cancellation fees are then due:

- From the 90th day to the 61st day before the start of the trip: 50% of the rental price
- From the 60th day to the 31st day before the start of the trip: 75% of the rental price
- From the 30th day to the 14th day before the start of the trip: 90% of the rental price
- Less than 14 days before the start of the trip, or in case of no-show: the entire rental price
