"Villa Zorica" is a house with a swimming pool in Porec that offers 14 beds (+2 on a folding sofa).
The house is only rented to a group of guests for private use
The villa has 7 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 1 toilet and 7 balconies.
On the ground floor there is a game room with billiards and PS4, living room, fully equipped kitchen with dining area. Also on the ground floor are 1 bedroom and a bathroom.
The sauna is in the basement of the house.
From the entrance hall with chimney stairs you get to the 1st floor. On the 1st floor there are 3 bedrooms with double beds. One bedroom has its own bathroom with shower. The two remaining rooms use a bathroom with a bath and shower.
The playroom leads up the stairs to the 2nd floor. There are 2 apartments:
Apartment 1 - two bedrooms, 1 balcony, bathroom with shower, mini kitchen with dining table
Apartment 2 - bedroom with private balcony, bathroom with shower, mini kitchen with dining table
In the courtyard there is a terrace with garden furniture, a 40 m2 pool, a fireplace and deck chairs.
We also have an equipped outdoor kitchen.
The villa is completely renovated, everything inside and outside is well furnished.
In the yard there is a table in the outdoor kitchen for 12 people with a grill and outdoor fireplace. For a perfect summer joy there is a 40 m2 pool with 12 deck chairs and 2 parasols.
For full fun we have a play room with billiards, sauna and a trampoline in the yard.

Activities that I can offer to my guests : winery tours and wine degustation, olive oil tasting tours, bicycle rent, and bicycle tours, airplane sightseeing of Pula region and islands, group diving or a diving course for beginners, horse riding school, water sports, etc.
Poreč is a small tourist town in the west of Istria.
Larger cities such as Pula and Rovinj are 60 km and 37 km away.
The beautiful Beach Pical is just 1.9 km away.
The shop is located in the neighborhood, and to the "Tavern Kvartin" which is 250 m away you can walk and try Istrian specialties.

"Prepayment amount" = 20% (out of the total rent price) must be paid in order to confirm the booking.
Cancel free of charge for any reason, up to 61 days before arrival (valid for all bookings made from 06.02.2021).
If you cancel 36 to 60 days before arrival, you will get a refund of 1/4 of the "prepayment amount".
If you cancel 35 days (and less) before arrival, "prepayment amount" is not refundable.
COVID-19 FREE CANCELLATION
Free cancellation of reservation stay will be granted to guests in the following Covid-19 related travel disruptions:
- closure of the border of the country of the Guest, or closure of the Croatian border, for tourist trips (border closure restriction must be applied onto the part or the whole reservation stay period)
- in the event of a new wave of pandemic in the Guest’s home country or in Croatia, if Governments declare a state of pandemic and lockdown / quarantine of all citizens (officially declared pandemic state must be applied onto the part or the whole reservation stay period)
- in case that during the Guest’s vacation stay at our rental property, the Guest’s home country applies mandatory self-isolation, as an official obligation, for all tourist travelers returning from Croatia, the host can approve a refund for unused overnight stays, or he can offer a voucher for unused overnight stays to be used in season 2022 (it’s host’s choice on what option will be offered)
