Ausreichend großes Haus , leider an einer sehr befahrenen Straße gelegen. Ausgestattet mit moderner Wärmepumpe u Belüftungsanlage, die leider sehr laut ist und vor allem die Nachtruhe sehr stört sobald jemand die fensterlosen sanitären Räume betritt. Terrassenutzung ist zwar gegeben, man muß allerdings die Fahrgeräusche der Strasse mögen und inkauf nehmen.

Die Wärmepumpe macht keinen Lärm und ist sehr umweltfreundlich.
Du meinst wahrscheinlich den Sound der HRV-Gleichlüftungsbox, die höher wird, sobald das Licht im Bad oder WC eingeschaltet wird (um Kondenswasser schnell abzulassen etc.). Wir werden dies so anpassen lassen, dass es tagsüber nur höher und in einem kürzeren Zeitrahmen läuft.
