It is omnipresent: currently things are changing rapidly from day to day due to the Coronavirus. These recent developments affect not only our everyday lives, but possibly your next journey/vacation. This worries hosts, us at Traum-Ferienwohnungen and most likely you as well. We do completely understand this increasing uncertainty and therefore our team is keeping a close and watchful eye on current devolopments. This is an unusual situation for all of us, thus it is important that we handle it as best we can together.
Here are some tips for the travel planning:
1. Please note, that Traum-Ferienwohnungen is a mediation platform to connect hosts and vacationers. Bookings are done directly with the hosts. The hosts are the contracting party of the booking.
2. If you have any question regarding a booking or inquiry, please contact the host directly. You can find the contact details within the exposé.
3. If you would like to change your booking because you are not able to travel now, please contact your host directly as well. You both can clarify how to deal with this special situation.
4. We have collected all important sources for you to get the best information on the Coronavirus. This information (in German) will be updated constantly by the responsible authorities.
We want you and the host to find the best solution to ensure the safety and health for you and your family. The next vacation and time to relax will come up for sure.
