Cancellation policy
If you do cancel you will have to pay cancellation charges. The amount you pay depends on the date we have been informed of the cancellation in writing. The following cancellation charges apply: If you wish to cancel your booking always the 30% of total cost is not refundable. Within 30 days prior to arrival date amount is not refundable.
Lovely Istria recommends buying the Trip cancellation insurance in cooperation with Uniqa d.d. insurance during the rent reservation. In case of booking cancellation, the guest claims the reimbursement of the funds in accordance with the terms of Uniqa d.d. insurance policies, directly from the insurance company.
Lovely Istria will provide all of the necessary documentation upon the insurance company's request for the needs of processing of the claim for the damage compensation.

Die 5 Sterne sind für die Perfekte Lage,die Wohnung in sich ist sehr schön, hell und freundlich eingerichtet wir haben die Strandmuschel gebucht.Wobei ich sagen muss,das ich für den Kurs doch hier und da erschrocken war... und das eine oder andere vermisst habe,z.b zusätzliche Wolldecken,oder einen Fön,die Wände sind teilweise in der Wohnung sehr verschmutzt, und im Treppenhaus. Der erste Eindruck im Flur, war ohjee wo bis du hier gelandet. Bei einer Ferienwohnung für den Preis, hätte ich jetzt das eine oder andere mehr erwartet. Aber im ganzen haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch die Damen von Dobbertin Immobilien sind sehr freundlich und helfen gut bei Fragen. Buchung und alles drum und dran,hat super funktioniert.
