Cancellation policy
Should you decide to make a booking after contacting us, we need your address, telephone number and email address for a binding reservation. In addition, a deposit is required to secure both the guests and landlords. This is 30% of the total price. In case of cancellation, we only keep the amount of the deposit. A travel cancellation insurance is recommended for unpredictable cancellations.

Meine Frau und ich waren im September für eine Woche Gäste in der Villa Ari. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr gepflegt und sauber. Der Pool war wirklich ein Pool (ordentliche Größe und sauber) und der Garten gepflegt inkl. kleinem Kinder Spielplatz. Wir sind ungern abgereist und würden uns freuen, wieder Gäste der wirklichen netten Gastgeber seien zu dürfen!

Top ! Nichts negatives zu finden ! Jederzeit wieder für einen ruhigen Urlaub, 10 km zur nächten Stadt, 15 Km zum nächsten Strand ! Für Familien die es ruhig aber doch modern haben wollen ideal !
