Holiday destination
Altefähr is a great base for exploring the islands Rügen and Hiddensee as well as Stralsund and the surrounding region.
In the village you'll find a hair salon, a dentist and various eateries, including a Greek & a seafood restaurant. A ferry runs between Altefähr and Stralsund, and you can visit the harbours or the beautiful beach, whereas a trip to the Baltic Sea takes roughly 45 minutes.
Be sure to stop and take in the fantastic view across the Sund (a campsite) to Stralsund.

Die Wohnung ist ein Traum, es wurde an alles gedacht. Hier kommt man an und fühlt sich sofort Zuhause. Wunderschöner Garten, den unsere Hunde ganz toll fanden, Parkplatz direkt am Haus, Terrasse mit Grill und noch vieles mehr. Frau Zeitke ist eine sehr nette Vermieterin, der es am Herzen liegt, dass es ihren Gästen an nichts fehlt. Einfach großen Dank.
