Cancellation policy

If you do cancel you will have to pay cancellation charges. The amount you pay depends on the date we have been informed of the cancellation in writing. The following cancellation charges apply: If you wish to cancel your booking always the 30% of total cost is not refundable. Within 30 days prior to arrival date amount is not refundable. Lovely Istria recommends buying the Trip cancellation insurance in cooperation with Uniqa d.d. insurance during the rent reservation. In case of booking cancellation, the guest claims the reimbursement of the funds in accordance with the terms of Uniqa d.d. insurance policies, directly from the insurance company. Lovely Istria will provide all of the necessary documentation upon the insurance company's request for the needs of processing of the claim for the damage compensation.

It's not far from the beach in Duga uvala, the airport in Valtura, nor from the largest Istrian city Pula (all in a range of a 15-minute drive). Still, it is in a secluded area of southern Istria with lots of greenery and paths for walking and enjoying the indigenous nature. Since the place is less than a short drive away from Pula, all of the urban requirements are within reach – shops, malls, banks, exchange and post offices, historical landmarks, restaurants, bars and other places of entertainment.
