Getting there
Salzburg-Villach-Karawankentunnel-Ljubljana-Koper-Croatian border Kastel, direction Umag-Pula exit Rijeka-Pazin-Baderna, then turn right towards Porec, after about 4 km you will reach the village of Zbandaj. At the crossroads with traffic lights, turn left towards Radmani. Drive straight through Radmani until you reach the next village about 1.5 km away named Dracevac. Once in Dracevac, take the first left towards Montizana. After about one kilometer, you will see the house on the left side. It is the third house. We wish you a safe journey!

Wir waren mit 4 Familien vor Ort & es war wunderbar. Die Finka hat alles was man für einen tollen Urlaub braucht. Auch die Lage zum Einkaufen und Strand ist super, keine 10 - 15 Minuten. Auch die Besitzer waren so nett. Von willkommenskörbchen über Geheimtipps für Essen & Strände. Sie waren immer erreichbar und herzlich. Wir kommen auf jeden fall wieder!

vielen herzlichen Dank für diese tolle Bewertung! Es freut mich sehr, dass Ihr mit vier Familien eine so schöne Zeit im Ferienhaus Splendida verbringen konntet und Euch sowohl das Haus als auch die Lage und die herzliche Betreuung der Eigentümer gefallen haben.

Wir haben zum zweiten Mal in dieser wunderschönen Villa unseren Sommerurlaub verbracht. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt und wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Wir waren neun Personen und hatten reichlich Platz. Alles war sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet.Der Pool wurde mehrmals professionell gereinigt. Im Ort gibt es einen Sport-und Spielplatz, auf dem unsere Kinder und auch wir Erwachsenen abends viel Spaß hatten.
Die Vermieter sind super nett und hilfsbereit bei jedem Problem,z.B. Arztbesuch u.ä.
Wir werden mit Sicherheit auch ein drittes Mal wieder kommen!
