Cancellation policy
Late Payment, Withdrawal, Cancellation, and Early Termination of Stay
If the tenant is in arrears with their payment, withdraws from the contract, or cancels (terminates) the contract before the rental period begins, without naming a substitute tenant who enters into the contract under the same conditions, the following proportional rents (minus utilities & tourist tax) are to be paid as compensation, taking into account the saved expenses, in addition to a fee of 50 EUR, provided that re-letting is not possible:
-up to 7 weeks before the start of the rental: 10% of the rental price
-up to 5 weeks before the start of the rental: 40% of the rental price
-up to 3 weeks before the start of the rental: 60% of the rental price
-up to 2 weeks before the start of the rental: 90% of the rental price
-otherwise (later than 14 days before the start of the rental) 100% of the rental price.
If the tenant terminates the stay early, they remain obligated to pay the full rental price. A cancellation or termination can only be made in writing. The relevant date is the day the notice is received.

Wir hatten einen traumhaften Aufenthalt im Fischerhaus B13 und können es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, hervorragend ausgestattet und es fehlt an nichts. Besonders der schöne Garten und die ruhige, sehr gepflegte Anlage haben uns begeistert. Die Lage ist ideal, nur etwa 200 Meter bis zum Damm und von dort direkt zum Strand. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und sind mit einem weinenden Auge abgereist. Für uns steht jetzt schon fest, dass wir wiederkommen.

Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Das Haus ist ordentlich und sauber. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Super Lage, nur wenige Gehminuten zum Strand. Super netter Kontakt bei der Buchung. Alles in allem toll.
