Novigrad, located on the west coast of Istria, just 50 km from Trieste and 70 km from Pula, is a popular seaside resort. Here you will find 2 large supermarkets and numerous restaurants, cafes, ice cream parlors, goldsmiths, and shops. There is also a post office and a bank. At the bakery and the market, you can find fresh goods daily.
The coastline is rugged, flat, and easily accessible. There are predominantly pebble and rocky beaches with very clear water. The water temperature is very pleasant, ranging from 22 °C to 26 °C in the summer.

Leider gehen das Küchenfenster und das Badezimmerfenster zum Hausflur hin, sodass man nicht
lüften konnte wie gewohnt. An der Balkontüre fehlt ein Fliegengitter, sodass auch hier nicht
optimal gelüftet werden konnte.

Wir verbringen schon seit 15 Jahren unseren Urlaub hier und wurden nie enttäuscht. Wir genießen hier die ruhige Lage mit Blick über Olivenbäume bis zum Meer. Ein Dank an die Familie Lipovec. Bei Problemen genügt ein Anruf und man bekommt schnell Hilfe.
