Cancellation policy
You have the option to cancel free of charge up to 42 days before arrival. From 41 days to 32 days before arrival, 30% of the total amount will be charged. From 31 days to 14 days before, 60% of the total amount will be charged. From 14 days before arrival, 100% of the total amount will be charged, unless the apartment can be rented out again. No-shows and early departures will be charged the full amount of your booking. Should arrival become impossible due to governmental regulations after the free cancellation period has expired, please contact us. We will then find a mutually acceptable cancellation option.

Holiday destination
The holiday apartment is located in an apartment and chalet complex in Wald am Arlberg in the Klostertal valley. It is in close proximity to Austria's largest ski area: Lech Zürs, Warth, Stuben, Sankt Anton. The valley station of the family ski area Sonnenkopf is only about 800 meters from the house. In summer, the Bärenland welcomes its guests, both young and old, with numerous challenges. Nearby are the Spullersee and the Formarinsee (Austria's most beautiful place in 2015). In the surrounding area, there are opportunities for golfing, fishing, archery, and climbing.
Getting there
From Lake Constance, cross the border at Hörbranz (A96) onto the A14/S16. Take the Wald am Arlberg exit. From Innsbruck, take the A12/S16 towards Sankt Anton / Dalaas. Take the Wald am Arlberg exit.

Wir haben uns in dieser Ferienwohnung rundum wohlgefühlt. Es war alles vorhanden, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, ruhig gelegen und die Betten waren ausgesprochen gemütlich. Es gab immer einen freundlichen und unkomplizierten E-Mail-Kontakt mit dem Vermieter. Wir können die Ferienwohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

Wir können die schöne Ferienwohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Es sieht genauso aus wie auf den Bildern und wie es beschrieben ist. Die Wohnung ist modern, sauber und schön gelegen. Von der Wohnung aus kann man schöne Ausflüge machen, z.b. zum Sonnenkopf, zum Formarinsee oder zum Arlberg. An schlechten Tagen oder nach den Ausflügen freut man sich auf die tolle Wellnesseinrichtung und den Pool.
Familie Heinen-Nikolaus hat uns gut betreut und war gut erreichbar. Der Empfang mit Patrick war auch super.
Also können wir die Wohnung gerne weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.
