Cancellation policy
7.1. Termination of the contract may only occur by mutual agreement of both parties and must be in writing.
7.2. The customer is entitled to cancel the contract. In this case, the customer will be required to pay reasonable compensation. The compensation claim is calculated on a flat-rate basis as follows:
- Cancellation up to the 21st day prior to the start of the contractually agreed rental period for the vacation rental is free of charge, although in this case a processing fee of EUR 70.00 applies,
- Cancellation from the 20th to the 15th day prior to the start of the rental period for the vacation rental as contractually agreed with the landlord: 50% of the agreed nightly rate or total price,
- Cancellation from 14 days to 1 day prior to the start of the contractually agreed rental period for the vacation rental: 80% of the agreed nightly rate or total price, unless the customer expressly proves that the landlord incurred no damage at all or that the damage is significantly lower than the flat-rate compensation.
In the event that the customer does not arrive at the agreed location of the vacation rental on the day the rental period begins, 90% of the accommodation price or total price shall be due. The landlord expressly reserves the right to assert further related claims for damages.
7.3. If OAR succeeds in re-renting the property following a cancellation made 20 days or more prior to the start of the rental period, the processing fee is EUR 70.00.
7.4. The right to terminate the contract for good cause remains unaffected and is governed by statutory provisions. Termination must be in writing.

Uns hat die Wohnung sehr gut gefallen. Es war wirklich alles da - wirklich alles was man braucht -. Sie ist sehr sauber und alles was man braucht ist vorhande. Es war die beste und auch schönste Wohnung die wir bisher hatten. Mein Mann und ich wir fahren im Urlaub am Liebsten nach Rügen; deshalb waren wir nun das 7. mal in Binz. Mit ein paar Schritten ist man auf der Hauptgechäftsstraße und am Strand. Diese Wohnung kann man mit gutem Gewissen weiter empfehlen. Sollten wir nochmals nach Rügen fahren werden wir uns bei Ihnen melden.
