1. Cancellation must be received by email at contact@vakantiehuiskleingelukaandekust.nl. Upon receipt of the cancellation, you will receive a confirmation message from contact@vakantiehuiskleingelukaandekust.nl. 2. If you cancel up to 42 days before the rental start date, you owe 30% of the gross rent. 3. If you cancel up to 28 days before the rental start date, you owe 60% of the gross rent. 4. If you cancel up to 7 days before the rental start date, you owe 90% of the gross rent. 5. If you cancel on the day of arrival or later, you owe the full rental amount. 6. In case of cancellation during the stay: the complete travel number, incl. all allowances.

Other villages such as Bergen, Bergen aan Zee, and even the city of Alkmaar with its famous cheese market are within cycling distance. Amsterdam is 20 minutes away from Heiloo train station.

Holiday destination

For your daily shopping needs, a supermarket, a warm bakery, a butcher, and a fishmonger are within walking distance. Egmond boasts a true family beach that stretches for no less than 8 kilometers, allowing for long beach walks at sunset while the children search for shells. The area surrounding the holiday apartment offers a diverse landscape for nature lovers.

Getting there

From Alkmaar or Castricum, take the Egmonderstraatweg. Turn right at the first traffic light after the gas station and then turn left after 20 meters. To get to the parking area, turn left at the end of the parking lot and you will enter the park.

Wir haben zu sechst in dem Ferienhaus Klein Geluk, ein verlängertes Wochenende verbracht und sind restlos begeistert von dem schönen und gut eingerichtetem Haus. Der Weg zum Strand ist zu Fuß etwas weiter, führt aber durch das schöne Städtchen, dafür ist der Weg zum Supermarkt sehr kurz. Der Garten bietet viel Privatsphäre, was in dem kleinen Park schon außergewöhnlich ist. Das Haus selbst war sauber, die Betten bezogen und alles notwendige zum kochen war auch vorhanden. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war super, schnell, freundlich und immer bedacht dem Mieter zu helfen. Immer wieder gerne!
