Cancellation policy
If you cancel your holiday booking, we will refund 100% of the costs if the period you booked is rebooked and completed by another guest at the same price. We will make every effort to secure another booking and notify you if this is the case.
If the previously booked period cannot be completed at the same price, the deposit will not be refunded.
If you are unable to travel due to border closures, the owners will be contacted to see if the reservation can be moved to another period in 2023 or 2024. The deposit paid for this reservation would be used for the new booking.
We strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance for your holiday.
