Cancellation policy

Awaytocroatia requires a 30% down payment to seal the booking. The remaining amount is due 45 days before arrival or at the time of arrival where possible and depending on the selected payment method. In case of cancellation of the Rental contract all the received payments until the cancellation will be retained. In case of special travel restrictions due to COVID 19 and inability to travel and cross borders entire payment could be used as a travel credit for some future date at the same property.

Entire property has more then 1600 m2 of private land around the house and it is all fenced. There is a private parking for the guests of the villa. Tinjan is a nice little Istrian village with its great history. It has everything from market to post office to pharmacy and doctor.
