In case of cancellation earlier than 6 weeks before the beginning of the rental period, 25% of the rental amount, minimum €150; 40% 4 weeks before the beginning of the rental period, and; 80% 14 days before the beginning of the rental period. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

Host informationWe fell in love with our Strandhaus Auszeit at first sight. This is exactly the feeling we wanted to pass on to our guests during the renovation, the design of the rooms, and of course the furnishings. We hope that you and your loved ones will feel welcome and at ease here, just like we do, every time we enjoy our personal time-out in our beach house.

Wir können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen. Die Einrichtung ist sehr modern und genau wie auf den Bildern. In der Küche fehlt es an nichts und auch die Terrasse mit der Markise und die überdachte Sitzecke ist sehr schön.Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig in einer Anlage mit einem kurzen Weg zum Strand. Bei Fragen sind die Vermieter immer zu erreichen Wir würden dieses Haus immer wieder buchen sollten wir nochmals nach Julianadorp gehen

Besonderes gut hat uns die sehr moderne Ausstattung in fast allen Räumen gefallen. Die Küche ist richtig gut mit dem 6-Platten Gasherd. Das kochen hat so Spaß gemacht.
Die Terrasse hat sehr zu unserer Entspannung beigetragen. Ein großer Tisch und die Lounge Ecke haben uns richtig gut gefallen.
Die Badezimmer sind ebenfalls top mit den beiden Duschen, das spart Zeit nach dem strandbesuch.
Und mit dem Rad zum Strand geht immer.
In Summe hatten wir einen schönen Urlaub.
