Cancellation policy
If the tenant cancels the rental agreement, they must pay a flat-rate compensation for the expenses already incurred by the landlord at the following rates:
Cancellation up to the 45th day before the start of the rental period: 20% (but at least 25 EURO)
Cancellation up to the 35th day before the start of the rental period: 50%
Thereafter and in case of no-show: 90%

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in einem super ausgestattetem und liebevoll eingerichtetem Ferienhaus.
Die super Lage in Deichnähe und zum Ort Lemmer sind einfach genial!
Ein kleines Manko: eine fehlende Unterstellmöglich für unsere E-Bikes - war aber in der Beschreibung auch nicht angegeben, hätte den Aufenthalt aber perfekt gemacht!
