Cancellation policy
If you do cancel you will have to pay cancellation charges. The amount you pay depends on the date we have been informed of the cancellation in writing. The following cancellation charges apply: If you wish to cancel your booking always the 30% of total cost is not refundable. Within 30 days prior to arrival date amount is not refundable.
Lovely Istria recommends buying the Trip cancellation insurance in cooperation with Uniqa d.d. insurance during the rent reservation. In case of booking cancellation, the guest claims the reimbursement of the funds in accordance with the terms of Uniqa d.d. insurance policies, directly from the insurance company.
Lovely Istria will provide all of the necessary documentation upon the insurance company's request for the needs of processing of the claim for the damage compensation.

Vintijan is a place that counts only around a hundred inhabitants. It's placed on a hill above Veruda Bay. Although it's located right next to Pula, it belongs to the Community of Medulin. Vintijan is inhabited ever since prehistoric times and this is the place of one of the largest archeological findings of a gradina . Thanks to the vicinity of the sea as well as the city of Pula, you can find all of the important services nearby – such as the beach, restaurants, bars and shops.

Wir haben in diesem Ferienhaus in Kroatien eine wunderbare Zeit verbracht und könnten uns keinen besseren Ort für einen erholsamen Urlaub vorstellen. Das Haus bietet wirklich alles, was man sich als Gast wünschen kann: absolute Privatsphäre, eine hochwertige und perfekt durchdachte Ausstattung und Vermieter, die herzlich und gleichzeitig angenehm diskret im Hintergrund bleiben.
Man spürt in jedem Raum die Liebe zum Detail – angefangen bei kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten wie Waschmittel, Seife oder Spülmaschinentabs bis hin zur geschmackvollen Einrichtung, die keine Wünsche offenlässt. Besonders begeistert hat uns der Pool, der durch seine Lage sowohl sonnige als auch schattige Plätze bietet – ideal für jeden Geschmack. Die ruhige Nachbarschaft trägt zusätzlich zur Entspannung bei.
Pula ist mit dem Auto sehr gut zu erreichen, und dank der zahlreichen Insider-Tipps des Vermieters konnten wir viele schöne Orte entdecken, die man sonst vielleicht übersehen hätte.
Wir würden dieses Ferienhaus ohne Einschränkung jedem empfehlen und werden sicher auch im Freundes- und Bekanntenkreis dafür Werbung machen. Ein rundum perfekter Aufenthalt – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Ein wirklich wunderbar gepflegtes Haus. Klimaanlage in allen Räumen, jedes Zimmer hat ein eigenes Bad und einen TV, Pool und Terrasse laden abends zum verweilen ein. W-Lan schont die mobilen Daten. Supernette Gastgeber, die bei Fragen jederzeit erreichbar sind. Zu den umliegenden Stränden muss man allerdings mit dem Auto fahren. Doch auch dafür gab es eine Tipp-Liste von den Vermietern. Es war ein wirklich schöner und entspannter Urlaub.
