Holiday destination
The little village of Onderdijk is surrounded by water. The Groote Vliet lake, the recreation area De Vooroever, and the IJsselmeer are in close proximity. From the Westfriese Omringdijk (West Frisian Circular Dyke), which meanders along the village, you can look out over the IJsselmeer. The small village is located approximately 55 km north of Amsterdam, in the historical triangle of Hoorn (20 km), Enkhuizen (13 km), and Medemblik (4.0 km). The nearest North Sea beach is about a 35-minute drive away.

Host informationWe are absolute fans of the Netherlands! With our children, we have visited many beaches and places in the various provinces. We ended up in Noord-Holland on the IJsselmeer. Here we have fulfilled our dream of owning a little house and would very much like to share it with you.

We verbleven een lang weekend met zijn zessen. Het huis is ruim en goed onderhouden. Nette woonkamer en keuken met grote koelvriescombinatie, oven en airfryer. De 3 slaapkamers zijn groot genoeg en de matrassen waren prima. Sanitair boven en beneden schoon en in goede staat.
De tuin is basic, maar wel omheind, prettig voor de hond.
We hebben helaas geen karper gevangen, maar vooral giebel, brasem, voorn en regelmatig steur, De grootste was 121cm. De communicatie met de eigenares verliep ook heel prettig.
Neem mee, dat de omgeving prachtig is en dan is dit zeker een aanrader.

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche im Ferienhaus IJsselmeerstern verbracht. Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage und ist nicht weit vom Strand entfernt und verfügt über eine super Ausstattung. Hier wurde wirklich an alles gedacht, von einer super Küchenaustattung mir Airfryer, bis hin zu den Gesellschaftsspielen für einen gemütlichen Abend. Es hat uns an absolut nichts gefehlt. Außerdem war das Haus bei Ankunft sehr sauber. Im eingezäunten Garten mit schönem Blick auf den Karpfenteich haben sich auch unsere beiden Hunde sehr wohl gefühlt.
Vielen Dank an Familie Hansen für die tolle zeit im Ferienhaus und die Hilfsbereitschaft.
