Cancellation policy
Cancellations by the tenant must always be made in writing (by post or email).
In this case, the following rules apply:
From the time of booking up to six weeks before the rental start date, we will charge you 45%. From the sixth week before the rental start date up to the second week before the rental start date, we will charge you 75%. From two weeks before the rental start date, we will charge 100%. In addition, you will also pay €25 in administrative fees. In the event of a cancellation on our part, any payments already made will be refunded. To avoid disputes, we recommend that the tenant take out cancellation insurance with an insurance company.

This lovely apartment is located in the center of Cadzand-Bad right on the beach promenade, just 50 meters from the beach and the sea and opposite the shopping arcade. Cadzand-Bad is a modern seaside resort at the southern tip of the Netherlands in Zeeuws-Vlaanderen. The resort is known for its spacious wide beaches, the shark teeth found there, and as the place in the Netherlands with the most sunshine hours per year for sun worshippers.
