The holiday home is located in a quiet residential area of Krsan, near Labin and Rabac. The house is situated on a quiet one-way street, with restaurants and a shopping facility 3km away. In just a 15-minute drive, you can reach the most beautiful beaches of Istria!

Trieste, after entering Slovenia take the Dekani exit and head towards Buzet,

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus Simuni. Das Haus ist modern eingerichtet, die Außenküche und der große Pool waren ein Highlight. Alles war sehr sauber, und das komplett eingezäunte Grundstück ist ideal, wenn man mit Hund reist. Der Vermieter war stets erreichbar und antwortete schnell über WhatsApp. Das Haus liegt in einem kleinen Dorf, man ist daher auf ein Auto angewiesen. Persönlich fand ich das Bett etwas hart, aber das ist Geschmacksache. Schimpfen auf hohem Niveau könnte die Küchenausstattung etwas umfangreicher sein, zum Beispiel mit Eierbechern oder einem Messbecher. Besonders positiv hervorheben möchten wir die Betreuung durch Istrien Ferien: Natascha war immer erreichbar, sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir können das Haus und die Betreuung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
