The house is suitable for those seeking peace and privacy and who want to enjoy the beautiful nature of Istria as well as its beaches. Nonetheless, you are not far from tourist spots. The cities of Porec, Rovinj, and Vrsar attract with a variety of attractions, events, and good cuisine.
Getting there
From Salzburg, take the route towards Villach, through the Karawankentunnel to Ljubljana and Koper, towards the Croatian border at Kastel or Plovanija. Head in the direction of Umag-Pula (Istrian Y motorway) and take the Sv. Lovrec exit. In Sv. Lovrec, turn right at the second intersection, then at the next intersection, turn right again towards Selina.

Wir waren bei unserer Anreise positiv überrascht, da das Haus und das Grundstück viel größer waren, als auf den Fotos. Außerdem gibt es eine überdachte Sommerküche mit dem Grill und kleine Küche, die wir auf den Fotos nicht gesehen haben, dort wurde jeden Abend gegrillt und gegessen. Das Haus und das Grundstück sind sehr gepflegt und sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet, die Spielecke draußen wurde von unseren Kindern regelmäßig bespielt.
Das Haus liegt etwas abgelegen und das Meer erreicht man nur mit dem Auto, dafür hatten wir keine direkten Nachbarn und konnten Musik auch draußen bis in die Mitternacht hören, während die Kids schon brav in den Betten schliefen:)
Die Hausbesitzer sind, wie man das sonst in Kroatien kennt, sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Menschen. Wir kommen unbedingt wieder!
