If you cancel 61 days (or more days) before arrival, you will get a refund of 1/4 of the "prepayment amount". If you cancel 60 days (and less) before arrival, "prepayment amount" is not refundable. COVID-19 FREE CANCELLATION Free cancellation of reservation stay will be granted to guests in the following Covid-19 related travel disruptions: - closure of the border of the country of the Guest, or closure of the Croatian border, for tourist trips (border closure restriction must be applied onto the part or the whole reservation stay period) - in the event of a new wave of pandemic in the Guest’s home country or in Croatia, if Governments declare a state of pandemic and lockdown / quarantine of all citizens (officially declared pandemic state must be applied onto the part or the whole reservation stay period) - in case that during the Guest’s vacation stay at our rental property, the Guest’s home country applies mandatory self-isolation, as an official obligation, for all tourist travelers returning from Croatia, the host can approve a refund for unused overnight stays, or he can offer a voucher for unused overnight stays to be used in season 2022 (it’s host’s choice on what option will be offered)

Wir haben 4 Wochen als Familie dort verbracht und hatte eine unvergesslich tolle Zeit. Das Haus ist über zwei Etagen (unten ein Schlafzimmer oben drei) verteilt, dh toll für zwei Familien nutzbar, Klimaanlagen funktionieren ? Die Besitzerin ist super nett und die Kommunikation lief problemlos, am besten über sie direkt buchen, nicht über andere Plattformen. Vor allem der außenbereich mit dem Pool und den Olivenbäumen haben uns wirklich gut gefallen. Wirklich perfekte Lage sehr nah nach Pula Stadt und zum Flughafen. Der nächste Strand sehr nah dh. Auch locker mit dem Fahrrad machbar, ebenso großer Supermarkt und tolle Beach Bar. Gutes Restaurant und Obsthändler sogar fußläufig erreichbar. Eine Bäckerei in 700m und Bankautomat, aber bei der Villa super schön ruhig, da sie in einer abgelegenen Seitenstraße ohne feste Nachbarn liegt. Wirklich top?
