Cancellation policy

Any cancellation must be notified by mail to the reservation department. a/ If you have cancellation insurance, please refer to the attached insurance form. b/ You do not have cancellation insurance: for any cancellation due to the client, the reimbursement by the reservation service, with the exception of service charges, is made as follows: Cancellation up to and including the 21st day before the beginning of the stay: the amount of the deposit will be retained and the balance will be reimbursed if it has been cashed in at the date of cancellation. Cancellation between the 20th and the 8th day inclusive before the beginning of the stay: 50% of the total cost of the stay will be retained. Cancellation between the 7th and 2nd day inclusive before the beginning of the stay: 75% of the total cost of the stay will be retained. Cancellation the day before or on the day of arrival initially provided for in the contract or no-show: no refund will be made.

Holiday destination

Ideally located, between land and sea, this house is attached to the owner's office (not very busy), 25 km from the coast of the Penthièvre. The beautiful sandy beaches of the seaside resorts of Erquy or Pléneuf Val André are waiting for you....A 35 km you can discover the Cap Fréhel which dominates the sea at more than 70 m, you will be enchanted by its beauty. A little further on, you should visit the emblematic seaside resort: the very chic and popular town of Dinard (49 km), not forgetting the famous corsair town of St Malo (56 km). During your stay you will discover the small towns with character Jugon-Les Lacs (8 km), Moncontour (25 (25 km) or Dinan (31 km) is also a must. As well as a visit to Lamballe (12 km), with its national stud farm, its half-timbered houses and its collegiate church.

Getting there

On the RN12, take the Carmoran exit, follow the roads St Rieul, Plédéliac and then Plestan Wind Farm, then Tremaudan. In the village, follow the Hautière, the hostel is at number 5 on the right.
