Cancellation policy
The tenant may withdraw from the lease agreement in writing. If the tenant withdraws from the lease agreement without naming a substitute tenant, the following proportional rents are to be paid as compensation, deducting the saved expenses, provided that re-letting is not possible:
Withdrawal:
up to 95 days before the start of the rental period = 25% of the rental price
up to 75 days before the start of the rental period = 35% of the rental price
up to 45 days before the start of the rental period = 60% of the rental price
up to 14 days before the start of the rental period = 80% of the rental price
up to 7 days before the start of the rental period = 100% of the rental price
after that, withdrawal is no longer possible, and 100% of the rental costs will be incurred.

Located behind the dunes, this comfortable 5-star villa park in Kamperland, Zeeland, is right by the sea. Clean, expansive beach (multiple award-winning) with numerous beach cafés and snack options, as well as cycling and hiking trails. Kamperland itself has several restaurants and larger supermarkets, including Aldi, a drugstore, pharmacy, and various shops. Nearby are cities and quaint towns worth visiting such as Veere, Middelburg, Domburg, Oostkapelle, Zierikzee, and many more. There is a bus stop at the park entrance.
Getting there
Our holiday home is located on Oosterscheldelaan,
in the Roompot Park "Noordzee Residence De Banjaard", Kamperland.
All streets in the park are officially registered and can be easily found with any standard navigation system.

Arrival day: Friday or Saturday from 3:00 PM
Departure day: Friday or Saturday by 10:00 AM

Hier in het park, aan het prachtige strand DeBanjaard, hebben we onze droomplek gevonden.
We blijven continu nieuwe ideeën realiseren om u altijd een zo comfortabel mogelijke omgeving te bieden voor de mooiste dagen van het jaar.

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal im Strandhaus Nala und was soll ich sagen? Es war wieder einmal absolut perfekt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, das Haus ist super schön und gemütlich eingerichtet, hat viel Platz, bequeme Betten, eine toll ausgestattete Küche, einen herrlichen Garten mit toller Wasserterrasse. Einfach wunderbar!

Wir sind zum wiederholten 4.Mal hier im schönen Strandhaus Nala. Die Lage , die gemütliche und schöne Einrichtung es fehlt hier an nichts. Die Küche das Bad der schöne Garten mit dem schönen Steg der tollen Sitzecke überall steckt Liebe zum Detail in der Einrichtung. Zur Vermieterin , Heike Arlt mit der wir immer im netten ,sympathischen Verhältnis stehen 5 Sterne . Mehr Freundlichkeit geht nicht, immer zu 100% bemüht . Oben drauf der tolle Strand und die Anlage .
Strandhaus Nala ist für uns Entspannung und Erholung, wir werden wieder kommen :)
