Calm and sunny position on a slope on 1600 m, above the romantic, old village of Bellwald. No car traffic! 80 m walking from the private parking to the house.
Nearby: Groceries, banks, postal office, restaurants, indoor swimming pool, tennis, downhill and cross-country skiing, chairlift, playgrounds a.s.o.
By car you are in 12 minutes at the cable car station for the breathtaking ski resort and UNESCO-Natural-World-Heritage of Aletsch (with the largest glacier of the Alps).
A little further you can hike through the wild romantic valley of Binn (nature resort).
Bellwald offers marvellous summer and winter hiking trails with great views on the Matterhorn, Weisshorn, Monte Rosa, glacier of Fiesch etc.
Getting there
By car: to Brig, shortly before Brig take by-pass in direction of Furka. Stay on that road until Fürgangen (2 km after Fiesch). Turn left to Bellwald.
By train: to Brig, there take the MGB to Fürgangen. From the trainstation take the cable car to Bellwald.
8 Minutes by foot to the chalet.

Wir (2 Erwachsene und 1 Kind) haben in diesem Chalet eine unvergessliche Skiwoche in einer noch intakten Bergregion verbracht. Es befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen Fußgängerzone (für Familien mit Kindern ideal), nur 5 Gehminuten vom Sessellift und den Geschäften entfernt.
Die Wohnung ist innen total renoviert und einfach aber geschmackvoll möbliert worden. Obwohl sie nur ein Schlafzimmer hat, ist sie dennoch geräumig genug für eine 4-köpfige Familie (bequemes Sofabett für 2 Personen im Wohnzimmer). Draußen auf der Terrasse genießt man eine wunderbare Aussicht auf die Oberwalliser Bergwelt. Die Eigentümer waren stets sehr hilfsbereit und disponibel und haben uns im voraus auch mehrmals bestens beraten. Wir fanden das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis überaus korrekt.
