Die Unterkunft liegt in einem ruhigen Stadtteil, in einem wunderbaren Garten, unweit von Leipzigs Innenstadt. Diese ist gut mit Öffis oder dem zu leihenden Rad der Unterkunft zu erreichen.
Die Ferienwohnungen der Fam. Volkmar sind so angelegt, daß die Privatsphäre der jeweiligen Gäste gewahrt wird: Terrassen gut verteilt.
Die Austattung ist eher schlicht, mir hat das sehr gut gefallen, wenn die Fewo nicht so vollgestellt ist.
Das Bad ist schön groß.
Der Vermieter ist sehr aufmerksam und freundlich und hat sich sofort gekümmert, wenn ich Fragen hatte oder Wünsche.
Es waren herrlich ruhige Tage dort und ich würde wohl nochmals dort hinfahren.

Die Wohnung ist so wie beschrieben, der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hat uns bei Ankunft alles erklärt und auch Tipps für Einkauf usw. gesagt.
