Cancellation policy
No free cancellation available.
The booking becomes binding upon timely receipt of the deposit and the signed rental agreement.
If you are unable to commence your trip as planned, the following cancellation conditions apply:
- 90 days before the start of the rental period: 35%
- 60 days before the start of the rental period: 55%
- 30 days before the start of the rental period: 75%
- 14 days or less before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price.
We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance to avoid financial disadvantages in such cases.
Outside the main season, individual arrival/departure days are possible upon request.
The tourist tax is charged at 2.00 euros per person per night (including children) in addition to the rental price.
Charging electric cars at the house is not permitted. At the entrance of the Roompot Service building, several fast-charging stations are available for a fee.

The park itself and the immediate surroundings offer you numerous leisure activities. Furthermore, the entire region boasts an excellent network of cycling paths. If desired, you can largely do without a car during your holiday.
Supermarkets/discount stores are located in Kamperland (6.5 km) and Vrouwenpolder (4.2 km). There, in Veere and in the de Banjaard beach area, numerous restaurants can be found.

Wir haben einen fantastischen Urlaub in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus verbracht! Schon beim Betreten fiel uns auf, wie sauber und gepflegt alles war - man fühlt sich sofort pudelwohl. Die Ausstattung lässt keinerlei Wünsche offen, es ist wirklich an alles gedacht worden.
Auch die Lage innerhalb des Ferienparks ist unschlagbar: herrlich ruhig zum Entspannen und trotzdem super zentral zu allen Einrichtungen. Ein großes Lob an die Vermieter - der Kontakt war extrem angenehm, herzlich und unkompliziert.
Wir kommen definitiv wieder und können dieses Haus wärmstens empfehlen!

Kurzfristig und spontan für ein paar Tage nach Holland gefahren, wurden wir von diesem wunderbaren Haus positiv überrascht.
Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt.
Die Ausstattung entspricht gehoben Ansprüchen.
Ob Kaffeemaschinen (3 unterschiedliche Modelle), Thermomix oder Waschmaschine.
Es war alles da, was man braucht.
Auch die Terrasse und das entsprechende Equipment luden zum Verweilen ein.
Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt.
Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.
Auch der Austausch mit dem Mieter war sehr unkompliziert.
