In this case, or if you wish to cancel for personal reasons, we will make every effort to find another tenant for the property as soon as possible. If we are fully or partially successful, the owner will credit you with the profit from the new rental. You will then only need to pay any remaining difference. If we are unable to find a new tenant, you remain obligated to pay the remaining rent.

Wenn man einmal richtig abschalten möchte und dennoch auf Komfort nicht verzichten möchte,ist man in der Villa Alma in der Sonne Andalusiens bestens ausgehoben.
Einfach mal die Seele baumeln lassen , tagsüber chillen auf der Terrasse mit Pool oder am breiten , leeren Strand von Caleta de Velez am Meer , die Sonne und den Wind auf sich wirken lassen. Mittags im Chiringuito einen frischen Salat und ein kühles Getränk genießen . Am späten Abend in einem der vielen ,netten Restaurants ein köstliches Essen bestellen und hinterher noch ein bisschen bummeln gehen - das bedeutet Urlaub in Andalusien.
