Holiday destination

Zminj is a city located 30 km north of the city of Pula with its old city centre sitting at 320 m above sea level and the newer parts in its surrounding flatlands. The restaurants,market,bars,are 1km from the Villa. The regions surrounding Zminj are fascinating due to their development in agritourism and excursions to the caves of “Festinsko Kraljevstvo”. Zminj surrounding rural catering establishments are known for their authentic Istrian cuisine and traditional settings.

Getting there

The best way to come here is by car - only 2 km far is junction "Žminj" on the fast hughway "Istrian Y". Anyway, you need the car for everyday trips all around the Istrian Innland. Also, you can travel by plane - Pula airport (PUY) is 30 km far. But, in that case, you need to hire the car.

Wir haben wunderschöne 2 Wochen in dem Haus von Dario und Ines verbracht. Die beiden sind total herzlich, erkundigen sich regelmäßig, ob alles ok ist und geben Infos und Hinweise. Dario pflegt regelmäßig den Garten und Pool. Das Ferienhaus ist super ausgestattet, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Sogar für Kinder ist alles da. Ein Spielhaus, Schaukel, Trampolin, Kinderbett mit extra Matratze. Der Pool ist toll und hat eine schöne Größe sodass man auch schwimmen kann. Die Lage vom Haus ist nicht direkt am Meer aber man kann nach Westen und Osten in 30 Minuten am Strand sein. Wir haben anfangs Tipps für Strände bekommen und davon auch einige getestet. Der kleine Ort bietet Restaurants, Supermärkte, Spielplatz. Alles was man im Urlaub braucht. Wir würden wieder kommen :)

Sehr einfache und freundliche Kommunikation bei der Buchung, herzliche Begrüßung und Einweisung bei der Ankunft und dann die perfekte Erholung für uns im Haus und besonders am Pool, Des Haus bietet alles an Ausstattung was gebraucht wird, im großen Garten ist Platz zum Ballspielen und der Pool ist ein herrlicher Platz zum entspannen! Tedi, Dario und Ines haben sich um alles gekümmert und waren immer hilfsbereit und ansprechbar. Lage ist ebenfalls sehr gut für Ausflüge an den Strand und die Städte dort und in Zminj ist sowohl Einkauf als auch Essen gehen perfekt möglich! Aus unserer Sicht eine definitive Empfehlung für Urlaub in der Gegend. Vielen lieben Dank
