Uns war der Zugang zur Wohnung und die anschlieÃ_x009f_ende Treppe nicht bekannt. Als älterer Herr hatte ich groÃ_x009f_e Mühe, die Koffer die rutschigen und steilen Steinstufen hinaufzutragen. Es ist sehr wichtig, zukünftige Gäste darauf hinzuweisen. Ich hatte vor meiner Ankunft mehrere Nachrichten geschickt, um Informationen zu erhalten, aber leider keine Antwort bekommen. Das war sehr ärgerlich. Obwohl gebucht und bezahlt, wartete niemand am Flughafen auf uns, um uns nach Dubrovnik zu bringen. Dank der Freundlichkeit eines Fremden hätten wir keine Möglichkeit zur Kommunikation gehabt, da unser Handy nicht für Anrufe in Kroatien eingerichtet war. Hier besteht Verbesserungsbedarf.
