In case of cancellation, the following conditions will be applied:
- If cancellation is made more than 2 months before check-in, the guest will lose 10 % of the amount of the rent.
- Between 6 weeks and 2 months before check-in, the guest will lose 20 % of the amount of the rent.
- With less than 6 weeks before check-in, the guest will lose 100 % of the amount of the rent.
In case of no show , the guest will lose 100 % of the prepayment of the rent.

Wunderschönes Haus und Pool. Es sind die kleinen Dinge, die den Unterschied ausmachen. Es ist etwas steril, es fehlen Geschirrtücher, ein Willkommensordner, zusätzliche Müllsäcke, Toilettenpapier usw. und derzeit (Mitte 2025) ist die Umgebung eine komplette Baustelle und sieht überhaupt nicht aus wie die Fotos auf verschiedenen Buchungswebsites. Es wird viel gebaut, es gibt keine richtigen Straßen und während der Woche ist es alles andere als entspannend, da vieles buchstäblich über die Hecke hinweg geschieht. Es wird fantastisch sein, wenn alles fertig ist – falls es so etwas gibt – aber seien Sie darauf vorbereitet, Ihre Federung in der Zwischenzeit zu testen.
