Das Haus ist toll (!), voll ausgestattet und entspricht den Bildern im Netz. Es liegt in einem Neubaugebiet außerhalb des Ortes Dranske in Ortsteil Lancken (das Neubaugebiet ist noch nicht voll erschlossen und daher ist bis auf Weiteres mit Bauaktivitäten zu rechnen) . Alle Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs sind nur mit dem Auto erreichbar. Der Strand ist fußläufig erreichbar. Leider fehlten kurze Zusammenfassungen für die Bedienung der Geräte (Bedienungsanleitung z. B. von den Küchengeräten sind jedoch vorhanden und in einer Schublade gesammelt). Ebenso fehlten Hinweise im Umgang mit Altglas und Altpapier. Tenor: Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und uns gut erholt ;-)
