Cancellation policy
Possible Cancellation
If the cancellation occurs up to 61 days before the rental period, only the deposit will be retained. If it occurs later, 50% of the total rental amount will be due from the 60th to the 45th day before the start of the rental, 75% from the 45th to the 31st day before the start of the rental, and if the cancellation is even later, the full amount is due. It is highly recommended to take out travel cancellation insurance (please inquire with your insurance company or look online for travel cancellation insurance).

Holiday destination
A short drive takes you to the nearest village, with a large supermarket and numerous small to large mom-and-pop shops, post office, bank, train station (a 15-minute ride on the local train takes you to Arezzo), restaurants, pizzerias, bar-cafés, and everything you need for a holiday. Day trips to Florence, Siena, San Gimignano, Cortona, and many other places are recommended, with their world-famous buildings and art treasures offering interesting destinations for every traveler to Tuscany. Arezzo (reachable in 20 minutes by car) is a "must-visit", especially if you have booked the holiday home on the first weekend (Saturday and Sunday) of any month - that's when the well-known large antique fair takes place, where there's always something genuinely antique to discover, as well as bric-a-brac and much more. The old town is bustling with activity, with hundreds of exhibitors offering their goods.

Die Vermieter Daniela und Roberto waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist mit sehr viel Liebe eingerichtet. Das Grundstück ist riesig und komplett eingezäunt, so dass meine Hündin sich frei bewegen konnte. Wir haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Altstadt von Arezzo ist mehrere Besuche wert. Florenz hingegen war mir zu touristisch überfüllt. Es ist echt eine wirklich malerische Gegend. Ich komme definitiv wieder!!!!!
