If the tenant cancels the rental agreement, they must compensate the landlord for damages up to the amount of the rental price. Our chalet is located in a beautifully landscaped and well-maintained holiday park in Lathum. The holiday park is situated directly on a lake with a marina and has its own sandy beach with a beach bar, as well as its own outdoor swimming pool. The holiday park features a restaurant and a boat rental service. Additionally, the park boasts a large outdoor swimming pool with a water slide and a playground with numerous play equipment. There is also a play island in the lake.

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und angenehm trotz der wärme die wir über Pfingsten hatten da es eine Klimaanlage im Haus gab. Der See ist auch einfach nur toll, der Strand ist relativ sauber ( gerade viel Algen und Entendreck) aber das liegt am Wetter das viele Algen sind und die Enten hatten gerade Schlüpfzeit. Wir waren aber auch schon am See da war es super sauber. Für kleine Teenager (11-12 Jahre) ist nicht so viel zu entdecken aber wenn das Wetter passt, ist der See prima und ausreichend. Das Mobilheim war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Das Kinderzimmer etwas schmal, aber ausreichend zum schlafen. Das Schlafzimmer war vollkommen in Ordnung so wie Küche, Bad und Wohnzimmer. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
