Es kann nicht sein, das man in das gebuchte Haus kommt und die Handtücher vom Vorbesitzer noch findet, man selber ein Wäschepaket gebucht hat und nichts da war. Dann ruft man an und bekommt die Antwort, das man jemand bis um 20:00 Uhr vorbei schickt, man hätte viel zu tun. Dann bekommt man die Handtücher und die Qualität ist eine Katastrophe ( jeder sollte seine eigenen mitbringen) die Handtücher sind soooo dünn, man kann sich damit gar nicht abtrocknen. das Haus war wider Erwarten sauber.
