Cancellation policy

In case of cancellation up to the 60th day before arrival, we refund part of the money paid. During the reservation, guests pay 40% of the price by bank transfer. The remaining 60% of the price is paid by the guests 45 days before arrival by bank transfer. For unforeseen cancellations, travel cancellation insurance is recommended. Before checkout, the homeowner must personally inspect the house. Once they have determined that everything is in order, they will return the â‚¬400 deposit to the guests, and then the checkout can be completed.

Angefangen mit einer herzlichen Begrüßung und einer traumhaften Lage. Ausstattung außerhalb, überdachte Terrasse und sehr schöner Pool und großzügige Liegefläche. Tischtennisplatte mit Schlägern und Badminton mit Netz vorhanden. Vorteil, der Holzkohlegrill im Vorderbereich und nicht auf der Terrasse. 4 Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad und WC ausgestattet. Wir waren zu siebt, das war perfekt. Geräumige Küche, gute Ausstattung und zusätzlicher Raum mit zweitem Kühlschrank. Das Haus liegt am Ende einer Sackgasse und es ist sehr ruhig.

Die Villa liegt wunderschön in einem Vorort von Labin in einer sehr ruhigen Sackgasse. Wir wurden von den Eigentümern persönlich empfangen. Im Kühlschrank standen Kaltgetränke und eine Flasche Wein zur Begrüßung. Eine wunderschöne Villa mit 4 sehr sauberen Zimmern, welche jeweils ein Bad mit WC hatten. Eine sehr schöne und ordentliche Küche offen zum Ess- und Wohnbereich. Eine überdachte Terrasse mit Blick auf den wunderschönen Pool. Dieser wurde zweimal in der Woche vom Eigentümer früh am Morgen gereinigt ohne uns zu wecken. 8 große Liegen, dazu eine Tischtennisplatte mit Tischtennisschlägern und ein Badmintonnetz auch mit Schlägern. Der Grill stand vorne am Eingang nicht direkt am Pool, was wir sehr angenehm fanden. Zum Abschied gab es noch eigenes Olivenöl und Zitronenlikör. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!
